The complaint handling system (REKLA) makes it possible to display all faults that occur during the physical delivery process, either at the supplier's ramp, during handling by freight forwarders or at the incoming goods areas of the plants, and to arrange improvement processes.
- If a defect is detected during the physical goods inward processing, a complaint notification must be created.
- The corresponding complaint header data can then be read out from the incoming goods target system by entering key terms (such as on-board computer, supplier number, delivery note number, item number or package number).
- Following entry of the complaint header data, the system identifies any duplicate complaint cases.
- After entry of the complaint is finished, it is passed on to the next step in a predefined workflow.
